The innovations of today are the standards of tomorrow

The KNECHT program is divided into two core divisions: Grinding machines for the application areas slaughtering and deboning, processing, slicing and packing and cutter knife systems.

Precisely ground cutting tools are an important contribution to a gentle and efficient processing of the raw materials used. In order to achieve the highest and most consistent quality standards possible, we rely on automated grinding processes in our R & D. Easy handling for the machine operators and the use of health-promoting technologies have top priority.

The K 24 cutter knife system incorporates our many years of experience in close cooperation with meat processing companies. The most modern development, calculation and production processes have produced an innovative cutter knife system which is characterised by easy and safe handling, highly quiet running, maximum breakage resistance and  individual adaptation to the production requirements.

Permanent product optimization, product innovations and the development of new application technologies are part of KNECHT's core competence. The innovative strength of KNECHT is repeatedly confirmed by awards in innovation competitions.
